Is Team bury its own freestanding club that just shares a match ground or is it Bury Towns Reserve/B-side?

Please ask the same question on the ridgeons league forum!
Might get a bit more truth! ;D

Ok, so I went to the website and searched for some kind of history page but no such luck. The squad pages revealed that there are shared players, but, alas Truebluesfan, the same question arises...

Team Bury is a side made up mostly of players from the West Suffolk College in Bury which runs a football scheme. They play senior (adult football) in the Ridgeons League Division One which is a couple of steps lower down than Bury Town. The college also runs an Under 19 college side.
The college also provides the players for Bury Town Under 18's. Therefore sometimes players do progress to play for Bury Town but, whereas, with a reserve side contracted (Bury Town) players could also play for the reserves they cannot play for Team Bury. I hope this helps but it does take some getting your head around.
P.S. There is a certain amount of jealousy of our links with the college from certain local clubs.

if you want this confirmed go to team bury website, then click on the up and down icon (in the middle) under the changing logo to bring up the history page.

I've been onto the Team Bury site on many occasions - but I've never come across the 'history' page. Maybe it would be a good idea to make it bit more obvious.

Yes - I did that and found it - but only after you'd pointed it out, thanks. There aren't any clues, are there - or, is it just my computer? How did you know that's where it was?

after noticing that the trophy room link was at the bottom, i knew that the scroll to the history page was above straight away knowing that the history page is always near by.
